For what purpose do we process the User's personal data?
The data collected in order to respond to your application, request or consultation of our services will be kept indefinitely until, where appropriate, you express your wish to delete them.
Moheda Group will collect your name and electronic mail (e-mail) address through the "Leave a comment" form in the Blog section, the subscription form to our Blog, the newsletter subscription form and the "Do you have a question?" form.
Moheda Group will collect your name, e-mail address and telephone number through the "Request an appointment without obligation" form and the "Let us call you" form.
Moheda Group will process the data provided in these forms for the following purposes: management of the publication of comments on the various blog entries, management of the subscription to the blog, management of the subscription to the newsletter, resolution of queries raised, management of the free briefing, management of appointment requests and resolution of queries by telephone.
What is the legitimacy for the processing of the User's personal data?
The legal basis that legitimizes and allows us to process the User's personal data is the consent given by the User by explicitly accepting this Privacy Policy, accepting the "check box", made available in each of the data collection forms, referred to above.
How long will we keep the User's personal data?
